How to Make Music Videos

Step-by-step guides for making visualizer videos, lyric videos, and more — whether you're an AI music creator, indie artist, or just getting started.

Getting Started

From audio to video in 5 steps

1

Import Your Audio

Click the upload area or drag-and-drop any audio file. Supported formats: MP3, WAV, OGG, FLAC, M4A. The file stays on your device — nothing is uploaded to any server.

Use high-quality audio (320kbps MP3 or WAV) for the best visualization response.
2

Choose a Visualizer Style

Select from 10+ visualizer types in the properties panel. Each responds differently to your audio's frequency spectrum.

Circular works great for bass-heavy music. Waveform is ideal for lo-fi and ambient.
3

Customize Colors & Effects

Adjust spectrum colors, glow, particles, and shake effects. Use AI Color Presets to generate palettes instantly.

Enable Glow + Particles for that neon Trap Nation aesthetic.
4

Add Text & Overlays

Add artist name, song title, or captions with full typography controls — font, size, color, position, and animations.

Keep text minimal (2 lines max) for a clean, professional look.
5

Export as Video

Click Export, choose resolution (720p/1080p) and frame rate (30/60fps). Video renders locally via WebCodecs and saves to your device.

For Instagram Reels and TikTok, use the 9:16 aspect ratio preset.
