These Terms of Service govern your use of Muvize Studio operated by Hibuno. Please read them carefully before using the service.
By accessing or using Muvize Studio at muvize.com/studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Muvize is a browser-based music visualizer that allows you to create visualizations from audio files and export them as video. All audio processing occurs locally in your browser.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Muvize. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to misuse the service.
Coins can be purchased within the Studio. All purchases are final — we do not offer refunds for coin purchases except where required by applicable law.
Registered users receive 50 free coins at the start of each calendar month. Free coins do not carry over to the next month and have no cash value.
Purchased coins do not expire and remain in your account as long as it is active. If your account is terminated for violations, unused coins will be forfeited.
Coins are consumed for AI-powered features, video rendering, and transcription. Coin costs are displayed clearly before any action that consumes them.
You retain all intellectual property rights to the audio files you upload and the videos you create. We claim no ownership over your content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any audio you process with Muvize. Using copyrighted music without proper licensing is your responsibility, not ours.
The Muvize brand, Studio interface, code, visual presets, and all related intellectual property belong to Hibuno. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the service.
You may not use Muvize to create content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on third-party rights. Attempting to circumvent the coin system, access other users' data, or disrupt the service is strictly prohibited.
You may not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or interact with the service without express written permission from Muvize.
Muvize is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muvize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Muvize, including loss of data or revenue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the service — including features, pricing, coin costs, and credit pack offerings — at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may add, change, or remove features or specific details within features at any time without prior notice. However, any such changes will not affect your project metadata stored in our database.
Media files (audio, images, videos) are stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB and are not backed up or synced by Muvize. Clearing browser data, switching browsers, or switching devices will result in loss of locally stored media. Project metadata persists in our database, but media files are your responsibility to back up. Muvize is not liable for loss of locally stored data.
