This Privacy Policy describes how Muvize (operated by Hibuno) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Studio at muvize.com/studio.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. This is used solely to identify your account and personalize your experience.
Usage Data
We collect anonymous usage data such as feature interactions, session duration, and export counts to improve the product. This data is never linked to personally identifiable information.
Coin Transactions
When you purchase coins, transaction records including amount and timestamp are stored to maintain your balance. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers and we do not store your full payment details.
2. What We Do NOT Collect
Your Audio Files
Muvize processes all audio entirely within your browser. Your audio files are never uploaded to our servers, never transmitted over the network, and never stored by us — not even temporarily.
Your Exported Videos
Videos are rendered and saved directly to your device. We do not receive, store, or have access to any exported video files.
Your Media Library
All media files you upload (audio, images, videos) are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB). We do not have access to these files. They are not synced to any cloud service and cannot be accessed from other browsers or devices.
2b. Local Browser Storage
How Your Data is Stored
Muvize uses your browser's IndexedDB to store media files and project data locally. This data exists only on your device, in the specific browser you used. It is not backed up, synced, or accessible from other browsers or devices — even if you sign in with the same account.
Data Loss Risk
Clearing your browser data, uninstalling your browser, or using browser cleanup tools will permanently delete all locally stored media. Project metadata (names, settings, timeline structure) is stored in our database and will persist, but without the associated media files.
Server-Processed Content
Content generated by features like transcription and prompt studio is processed on our servers. The results are delivered to your browser and stored locally. Files uploaded for processing are deleted from our servers after processing is complete.
3. How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery
Your account information is used to maintain your session, track your coin balance, and provide access to premium features.
Communications
We may send transactional emails such as purchase confirmations or important service updates. We will not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
Product Improvement
Aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us understand how creators use Muvize, which features are most valuable, and where we should focus development.
4. Data Sharing
Third-Party Services
We use Google OAuth for authentication and a payment processor for coin purchases. These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or other governmental authority.
5. Data Retention
Account Data
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Transaction Records
Coin transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for financial compliance purposes.
6. Security
Data Protection
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel only.
7. Your Rights
Access & Correction
You may access and update your account information at any time through the Studio settings.
Data Deletion
You may request complete deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at the email below. We will process requests within 30 days.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of non-essential analytics tracking through your browser settings or by contacting us.

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. These are strictly necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled.
